For us at The Chop Shop Butchery, it was a fantastic opportunity to showcase what makes our butcher’s shop special: quality produce, ethically sourced from as local as possible and a genuine connection with the local community. We strive to educate people around the butcher shop experience.
Since reopening under new ownership and relaunching in late 2024, our goal has always been simple: to bring a modern, customer-focused approach to traditional butchery while staying true to the values that local independent shops are built on.
