Our goat is selected for maximum freshness and quality. Unlike supermarket cuts, which often prioritise shelf life and compromise taste, our meat is expertly trimmed and tailored to your needs. 

To safely store goat meat, keep it refrigerated at or below 4°C (40°F) and use it within 2–3 days. For longer storage, freeze the meat; raw cuts can last between 8–12 months.  

Cook goat to an internal temperature of 75°C (167°F) for safety. For tougher cuts, slow-cooking until fork-tender ensures both safety and great texture. 

Cool cooked goat quickly and store it in sealed, clean containers in the refrigerator or freezer. Always keep it separate from raw meat to avoid cross-contamination and ensure food safety. Cooked goat meat should be refrigerated within 2 hours and used within 3-4 days, or frozen for up to 2–3 months. Always thaw meat in the fridge and avoid refreezing.
